Our 2019 event will be build on the success of the skills sharing workshops of 2018. There will be three workshop sessions and a final group discussion for the participants to share their ideas and what they have learnt from the day.

Soul of WoMen 2018
The second Soul of WoMen conference, talks were given by Rika Saionji Yoshikawa, Alastair McIntosh and Leslie Howells. Skill sharing workshops included aikido, clowning, yoga, mandala writing, mindfulness and the power of words and stories. Its goal was to inspire and empower a more gender-balanced world by providing skills for inner balance and ways for individuals to bring this balance to the wider world. The end-of-day round table discussion laid emphasis on sharing positive solutions.
Soul of WoMen 2016
The first Soul of WoMen conference in 2016 was a great success; it welcomed 120 participants, from Nithsdale, wider Scotland and around the globe for a wonderful day full of inspiration, joy and connection.
2016 speakers included Mhairi Black MP, (the youngest member of the House of Commons) Dr. Jude Currivan, (international author, healer and cosmologist), Asma Khalifa, (peace activist and Luxembourg Peace Prize Winner 2016), John Nicholls, (Youth Work Director at LGBT Scotland), and Sesto Giovanni Castagnoli, (Founder member of the World Spirit Forum and Founder of the YES Initiative, Youth Europe Self Empowerment Initiative).
