6. Peace Pole Henge

sending good thoughts and well wishes of peace to every country in the world.

A henge is a sacred circle.  Henges were used in the past as gathering places for ceremonies, rituals and places of healing.  This henge is made up of peace poles representing the 193 countries of the United Nations.  We also have peace poles recognising other regions of the world that are not acknowledged at the present time.

Our words, thoughts and actions  are contributing  to the future of the world.  By sending these powerful words and wishes of peace for each country, we are collectively creating a world of peace and harmony.

Take three deep breaths and connect with your inner self, the self that truly wishes that every single person, country, living being and the Earth are in peace and harmony.

There are many ways to pray for peace in this Peace Pole Henge, for example, you can mindfully walk around and send your visualisation of peace for each and every country, or you can spend time at specific countries, or you can meditate at the centre peace pole May Peace be in Our Homes and Communities.
