🌿 Spring Equinox – Heart to Earth Retreat
Continuing with our ‘Heart to Earth’ series of sessions/retreats….
Our ‘Heart to Earth’ series of retreats are based on the concept of recognising that by finding and nurturing peace within yourself/heart that the positive ripple effects naturally ripple out to family, friends, community and the world around you. Thus we can each contribute to peace building, and the incremental achievement of ‘May Peace Prevail on Earth’.
Change Yourself, Change the World
Join us at Allanton for a spacious, regenerative, and deeply attuned seasonal gathering as we move with the shifting rhythms of the earth and celebrate the Spring Equinox.
The Spring Equinox invites us to move with the changing of the season, to lean into what is awakening, within the land and within ourselves, as we welcome the balance of light and dark, and the joyful emergence of spring in its fullness.
The Spring Equinox invites us to move with the rising energy of the season, to attune to the renewed vitality growing within the land, and to notice how that same renewal stirs within ourselves, and other living beings.
✨ Spring Equinox - Balance, Renewal, Awakening
The Spring Equinox marks the moment when daylight and darkness stand in perfect balance - a turning point on the Wheel of the Year when the earth leans gently toward the brighter half.
This is a time of equilibrium: a pause between what has been, and what is beginning.
A moment to breathe deeply into possibility, to realign our intentions, and to meet the season with an open, steady heart.
Here, we look toward renewal, growth, and emergence.
We soften into the invitation of spring - the return of warmth, the unfurling of new life, and the quiet reminder that beginnings can be both gentle and powerful.
This gathering offers space for reflection, spaciousness, and tender revitalisation of body, mind, and spirit.
Together we honour the sacredness of this seasonal shift, recognising the presence of balance, beauty, and new beginnings in ourselves and the world around us.
✨ A Seasonal Gathering at Allanton
As part of Allanton’s series of seasonal gatherings, we are hosting a day devoted to listening deeply to nature’s rhythms and welcoming the energy of spring in its rising fullness.
At the Spring Equinox, the earth steadies herself at a point of balance - sunlight growing stronger, the land waking from winter, and the first signs of renewal appearing all around.
Buds begin to swell, birdsong returns with confidence, and the soil softens with promise.
Though subtle, these early expressions of spring remind us that life is gathering its strength, ready to unfurl into colour and growth.
Through gentle practices, meditative reflection, and time in the sanctuary grounds, we will tune into this growing light and welcome the season’s invitation to step forward with clarity, purpose, and renewal.
✨ Heart to Earth Practice
Heart to Earth is a simple yet transformative series rooted in presence, compassion, and interconnectedness.
Heart to Earth is the practice of aligning your inner world with the world around you.
Change Yourself, Change the World.
