A Summer Heart to Earth Gathering
Join us for a gentle seasonal retreat day rooted in reflection, restoration, compassion and connection.
As summer reaches its fullness, we are invited to pause and reconnect - with ourselves, one another, and the living world around us. Summer is a season of abundance, vitality and light; a time to notice what is flourishing, celebrate what nourishes us, and restore our own inner light so we may bring it into the wider world.
Together we will explore Allanton’s Heart to Earth practice - our simple, experiential, transformative approach rooted in presence, compassion and our interconnectedness. A practice of aligning our inner world with the natural and more-than-human world around you.
What The Day Holds
There is no pressure to speak or participate beyond what feels comfortable. This is a welcoming space to simply arrive as you are.
• Gentle yoga accessible for all abilities (chair and mat options available)
• Guided Heart to Earth practices including meditation, breathing, visualisation and reflection
• Seasonal reflections inspired by Summer themes of abundance, vitality and connection
• Time within Allanton’s meditation spaces and sanctuary grounds
• Outdoor meditative experiences including the 7 Stations Walk (weather dependent)
• Quiet time for rest, stillness and gentle movement
• Opportunities to reconnect with yourself, community, nature and the season
• Space to restore, replenish and reconnect
This is a day of quiet guided contemplation and gentle nourishment for body, mind and spirit.
We will spend time both within Allanton's meditation spaces and, where weather allows, immersed in the beautiful sanctuary grounds - recognising the power our thoughts, words and actions have in shaping both our own wellbeing and the wellbeing of others.
This is a calm, restorative and welcoming space to simply arrive as you are, all activities are optional.
